We dispatch all goods within 24 hours. These services normally deliver on the next working day from the order confirmation although occasionally they can take longer. Orders must be placed by 5:00pm to guarantee dispatch the next day.

How can I place an order?

You can email your orders to your sales representatives or send them directly to orders@encorecanada.com. We will email you back an order confirmation including a delivery date. An invoice with payment instructions will follow once the delivery is completed.

How long does it take before receiving my order?

Toronto & Greater Toronto Area (GTA): 
Please allow 48 hours for first orders and 24 hrs (next day) for recurrent orders for all GTA locations.

Rest of Canada & US: 
Please allow 2-3 business days for the rest of Canada and United States.

International: 
Lead time for international locations may vary depending on the region.

How do I pay?

An invoice will be sent to your email once delivery is completed. You can either pay by credit card directly on the invoice email or by e-transfer to orders@encorecanada.com. Payment instructions are also included on the invoice.
